Orders are filled within 24 hours unless I am away at an event. They are shipped via Canada Post Small Business Expedited. This is the least expensive option, and shipments are insured and trackable. Shipping charges will reflect the actual rate charged by Canada Post. (When ordering please bear in mind that the thickness of the package is also measured - so it will be cost as much to mail 1 spool of thread as it would 6 spools.)
Applicable GST/HST will be added to all Canadian orders. Books are exempt from the provincial portion of HST, and will only be charged 5%.
