Orders are filled within 24 hours unless I am away at an event. They are shipped via Canada Post Small Business Expedited. This is the least expensive option available through Canada Post, and shipments are insured and trackable. Shipping charges will reflect the actual rate charged by Canada Post, and average $8 - $10. (When ordering please bear in mind that the thickness of the package is also measured - so it will cost as much to mail one spool of thread as it would six spools.)

Applicable HST/GST will be added to all Canadian orders. Books are exempt from the provincial portion of HST, and will only be charged 5% (GST).
